NASHWAUK

Nashwauk (population 940) is located east of Grand Rapids on Highway 169. Residents enjoy small-town life and the benefit of a four-lane highway which makes services accessible.

The town has a modern water and sewer system and two meeting facilities, one with a capacity of 900 people. The city also has more than 150 acres for an industrial park.

Festivals and Events: Fourth of July three-day celebration, fireworks, events, games; Home Show-manufacturer's displays, furniture to boats, conducted in April in the arena; Crafts Fair in October; Halloween Party for children.
